We build it, host it, keep it updated and keep it online — for one monthly fee, with no large amount to find up front.
You subscribe for 36 months. Then the website and the domain are yours.
For the first 36 months you are subscribing to a managed website service rather than buying a website: we build it, host it, keep it updated and keep it online, and the site and the domain remain the property of Delgroce Holdings (Pty) Ltd for that period.
At the end of month 36 we issue an ownership certificate and transfer the domain into your name. From that point the website and the domain are yours outright.
The transfer costs are yours. Registrar transfer fees, whatever the receiving registrar charges, and any domain renewal falling due at the time of transfer are paid by you, not by us. They are not large, and we will tell you what they are before the transfer.

What's not included, months 1–24
Every package includes an SSL certificate and uptime monitoring. Those keep your site encrypted and tell us if it goes down — they are not a security service.
For the first 24 months, packages do not include a web application firewall, DDoS shielding, malware scanning, patching, backups or a security report. Those are Delgroce Cyber Services products, sold separately — and available to website subscribers at a reduced rate.
From month 25 some of that changes — see below.
From month 25: you pay less and get more
Once the build is paid off at month 24, your monthly fee drops by 25% — and what we cover gets bigger, not smaller. This is part of the subscription, not a discount we may or may not offer.

What we start covering
- Labour — content changes, fixes and updates, up to the allowance shown in the table above. It does not roll over from one month to the next, and anything beyond it is billed at our ad-hoc rate, which we confirm before doing the work.
- Site Protection — Managed — hosting-level protection for your site, described below.
- A scheduled security and performance investigation, at the cadence in the table above.

It is not the same product as Website Protection from Delgroce Cyber Services, and it is not sold on its own — it is part of your subscription from month 25. Those four are what Website Protection from Delgroce Cyber Services covers, and it stays available to you at the subscriber rate.
And you can stop whenever you like
From month 25 there is no cancellation charge at all — the build is fully recovered at month 24, so there is nothing left to recover. If you stop before month 36 the transfer has not happened yet, so the site and domain stay with us; run the full 36 months and they become yours.
Keeping it safe from attack
Website Protection is a separate Delgroce Cyber Services product — a monthly retainer covering the work your website package never includes: a monthly written security report, patching, malware and defacement scanning and incident response. Website subscribers pay 20% less for it, and the once-off onboarding fee is waived. The site is on our own infrastructure and already monitored, so this costs us less to deliver than the same retainer on someone else's host.

Billed separately from your website subscription, and cancellable on its own. The subscriber rate applies while your website subscription is active.
If you cancel early
The build is delivered up front and recovered through your monthly fee over 24 months. If you cancel before it is recovered, the unrecovered portion of the build cost becomes payable. This reduces every month you pay and reaches zero at month 24.

If the subscription stops before month 36
On cancellation or non-payment the site is taken offline and shows a short “Store updating” notice, and the site and the domain stay with Delgroce. This is not a penalty — it is us ceasing to supply the service you were subscribing to. Once the transfer at month 36 has happened, none of this applies any more: they are yours.
One monthly figure, nothing on top
The monthly fee already includes the cost of building your site and the admin of running the subscription. They are part of that one price, not extra charges: there is no separate build invoice, and no separate admin fee. The build value shown in the table above exists for one purpose only — to work out what is left to recover if you cancel early.
Referrals
The 25% reduction from month 25 is built into your subscription — you do not have to ask for it. Refer a client who signs up and completes three consecutive paid months and we may apply the same 25% for 12 months before then. 25% is the most that ever comes off: discounts do not stack, and only one applies at a time. The referral discount is offered at our discretion and is not a term of this agreement.
If you were referred by an existing Delgroce client, your first month is free. The minimum term and the build-recovery schedule above still run from your start date.
