How the free setup works

Anything on your plan's setup list that you don't have yet, we draft free in your first 3 months, on a 12-month minimum term. If you cancel before 12 months, what we drafted is charged at its normal once-off price, less a twelfth for each month you've paid.

What counts as a task

A task is one piece of work beyond your plan's own list — a CIPC amendment, a policy document, a CSD update or an HR document. Monitoring, reminders, your dashboard and the compliance assessment are unlimited.

Never included — we refer you

  • Tax returns and anything filed with SARS, such as income tax, provisional tax, VAT and PAYE — a registered tax practitioner
  • Bookkeeping, financial statements, audits and independent reviews — an accountant or a registered auditor
  • Legal advice, and representation at the CCMA or in court — an attorney
  • B-BBEE verification certificates — a SANAS-accredited verification agency
  • Health and safety risk assessments and sign-offs — an occupational health and safety practitioner

Government fees, such as CIPC's filing fees, are charged at cost.

How the two go together

Every call-out includes a booked consultation — the call-out fee covers the travel, the hourly rate covers the time. A call-out is never charged on its own. So a call-out inside either region that runs an hour is R 680.00 — R 180.00 to get there and R 500.00 for the hour.

Gauteng is covered by a consultant working from the Eastgate area, so a call-out there is the same R 180.00 — not inter-city travel. Our registered office is in Polokwane and that is the address on every quotation and invoice; a Gauteng branch is coming, but it is not open yet.

Time is charged to the minute, not rounded up to the next hour. If we book an hour and it runs to 1 hour and 1 minute, you are charged for 61 minutes — R 508.33 — not for two hours. If it runs short, the booked time still applies: the slot was held and the trip was made.
